The final terms must identify the independent Provider as merchant, describe the purchased service, price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation method, delivery timing, refund rules and statutory exceptions, acceptable use, customer responsibilities, support, privacy, service continuity, taxes, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute process, governing law, and contact details.
No-refund language cannot eliminate mandatory refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer rights. A delivered-service policy is evidence for a dispute, not a guarantee that Stripe or a card network will reverse a refund or decide in the merchant's favor.
