DRAFT FOR COUNSEL REVIEW — NOT FOR PRODUCTION. Do not collect customer consent under this draft.

End Customer Service Continuity Consent

Draft version 2026-08-30-draft-1

You are buying a technology-enabled service from the independent business named at checkout (the “Provider”). The underlying application is operated and supported by the application owner (“Operator”).

If the Provider stops offering the service or its access ends, you authorize the Operator to move your application account to the Operator's main service so your data and access can continue. For recurring service, you authorize Stripe to use the payment method you saved at checkout for future Operator charges beginning only after the Provider subscription ends at a paid billing boundary. The Provider subscription will be scheduled to stop at that same boundary to avoid duplicate billing.

You will receive notice of a scheduled change. Prices and service scope must not change through this mechanism without any additional notice or consent required by law. One-time purchases do not become recurring charges merely because the Provider ends. You may cancel recurring service through the cancellation method in the final End Customer terms.

The final counsel-approved version must identify legal entities, contact methods, timing, revocation/cancellation rights, stored-credential disclosures, automatic-renewal rules, privacy terms, and jurisdiction-specific rights.
